These little sausages are very popular in Canada, especially on a bun when having a barbecue.
The smoke pork flavour compliments many recipes, which makes them perfect for adding to bake beans, jambalaya rice or with a plate of pierogies.
After having a few for supper the extras are divided, wrapped up and put in the freezer for another day.
