Scotch on a Special Occasion
One of my favourite spirits is Scotch.
Each year I purchase a bottle and have a glass on a special occasion.
I enjoy it “neat”, so as to enjoy its clear flavour.
I have even toured a Japanese distillery and sampled some of it’s wonderful scotch.
