Another Reason for Frozen Vegetables 


I really enjoy cooking and the choice to use frozen vegetables is simple.


First, frozen vegetables are picked at the peak of being ripe, then they are flash frozen.


Usually, fresh produce is picked before being ripe so it will not spoil before reaching the store. The full flavour potential has not happened. I have found at times a noticeable difference in taste between fresh and frozen (the frozen taste better).


Second, is for the convenience of having on-hand available a variety of vegetables and not worrying about using them before they go bad.

Simple reasons but they work for me and my meals taste great.
