I live in a beautiful region of England. My hometown is blessed with wonderful scenery and historical buildings. In Japan, such a town might be considered a stereotype of a typical British town.
To my surprise, I hardly saw any Japanese tourists here. Japanese tourists are probably heading to London or other well-known tourist destinations like Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswolds.
This is one of my favorite streets :
A steep downhill slope from the main street leads to a small park where, on a sunny day, you can sit on the grass and gaze at the world around you.
In early summer, a traditional bowling event is held, with local teams competing over several nights. Here are some rough photos from when I participated:
The town is surrounded by hills, making it a great place to enjoy stunning views. It's also perfect for boosting your motivation to exercise.
