Happy sentient beings

2024-05-31 18:00:00

Nirvana is taught to be the ultimate state of happiness for a person.

And those who have actually reached Nirvana through Buddhist practice realize that it is true and not an illusory state.

Now, in order to attain Nirvana, one must know and believe that Nirvana is the ultimate state of happiness for a person.

However, it seems that very few people actually achieve this in a literal sense.

As a result, many people (sentient beings) remain unable to escape from suffering throughout their lives.

Also, I wrote about this in relation to an article dated July 7, 2023.

Now, when we see the state of people in this way, we can say that those who have made attaining Nirvana, that is, aiming for enlightenment, one of the purposes of their lives are already "happy sentient beings."

Furthermore, those who have understood the essence of Buddhist practice and embraced the "sacred quest" are even more so.

He will, through his own wisdom, find and walk the right path, ultimately reaching Nirvana.

In this sense, such a person can be said to already be close to Nirvana.

And thus, these suffering sentient beings finally awaken (= attain liberation) and become beings known as "happy individuals" who have completed their spiritual practice.
