の異臭騒動知ってる？気をつけてね」っと。１．一部の在留邦人の方からビンタンビールに異臭や異味を感じるが問題ないかとい
う問い合わせがあり、在インドネシア大使館がビンタンビールを製造・販売している
PT Multi BintangIndonesia社に確認致しました。
２． PT Multi Bintang Indonesia社からの回答のポイントは以下のとおりです。
昨今、一部のビンタンビールの味覚に異常があるとの通報があることを遺憾に思います。
製造番号８桁の冒頭４桁が3030xxxx,3033xxxx, 3035xxxx, 3036xxxx, 3037xxxx,
3038xxxx, 3043xxxx, 及び 3044xxxxの商品を購入しておられる方は、カスタマーケア
（電話番号+62-21-75917410）にお電話を頂くか、E-mail（アドレスinfo_mbi@multi
bintang.co.id）に連絡頂ければ商品を交換します。味覚に異常があっても、健康に有害
ではありませんが、このような事態・ご不便については申し訳なく思います。
３．以下にビンタンビール社から在インドネシア大使館に対する連絡の原文を添付致
しますのでご参照下さい。また、同社から追加情報がある場合には改めてお知らせ致します。
４．なお、いずれにしましても、飲酒をなさる際には、酒類の安全性を十分に確認し
た上で、口に含んだ時点で違和感を感じるものについては、はき出してそれ以上飲まない様
ご注意下さい。

If you have purchased the following identified products, which has 8 (eight)
digits production code without the letter "A" in it and starts withthe
following first 4(four) digits: 3030xxxx, 3033xxxx, 3035xxxx, 3036xxxx,
3037xxxx, 3038xxxx, 3043xxxx, and 3044xxxx., please contact our customer
care at +62-21-75917410 or write to: info_mbi@multibintang.co.id, so that we
can exchange them.
Kindly be assured that the deviation in taste is not harmful to health. We
truly regret this unfortunate experience and we apologize for any
inconveniences caused.
