China and Kazakhstan should strengthen coordination of positions in global cyberspace governance and promote the construction of a more fair and reasonable global Internet governance system.
China and Kazakhstan strongly condemn and oppose all forms of terrorism, extremism and separatism, and are willing to actively practice a new security concept of common, comprehensive, cooperative and sustainable, jointly combat transnational organized crime, drug trafficking and other activities, and maintain world peace. The two countries and regions enjoy security and stability.
