Citi Prestige Credit Cardの特典の一つ「Airport assistance and limousine service」を使ってみました。
本当なら中部国際空港〜自宅で使いたかったのですが、残念なことに中部国際空港にはこのサービスがありませんでしたので、結局スワンナプーム国際空港〜バンコク自宅迄で使ってみることにしました。
まずは申し込みをしなければなりませんが、このサービス自体はどうもVISAのさーびすのようです。
申し込みは電話またはインターネットから予約できます。
どちらも英語またはタイ語での対応のみとなりますが、ヒヤリング能力の低い私はやっぱりインターネットから申し込みをする方が簡単です。
カードの発行国と送迎を予約する国を選択して、カード番号を入れれば申し込みの画面に移動します。
ページが移動したら氏名・メールアドレス・便名・送迎先などを入れればOKで、全然問題なく申し込みが完了しました。
その後、申し込みで登録したメールアドレスに登録完了のお知らせが届きますが、このメールをみていると香港の「TBR Global Limited 」という会社からになっており、内容は次のようになっていました。
Transfer Service Meeting Details:
Transfer Service meeting point:Pick Up - Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport : Arrival Meeting Point at Bkk. Airport : Exit between door 3 & 4
Your Driver will be in place 15 minutes before the booking time and will carry a Citi Visa Signage with your name on it for identification purposes. You will receive communication via either SMS or email; notifying you of the Driver’s arrival.
Please note that the maximum grace period for airport pickup is 60 minutes (from plane touch down) and 15 minutes for all in-town pick-ups.
For all airport pick-up and after Grace Period, additional one way transfer will be charge calculated based on Visa Infinite Rates.
For all other pick up: after grace period, 15 minutes increments will be charged at 25% of one way transfer rate calculated based on Visa Infinite Rates.
Additional charges may be applicable if the distance travelled is deemed outside of the complimentary distance boundaries. If so, you will be contacted by a member of the Concierge Team to be advised of the additional costs and to settle payment prior to the service date.
Standard sedans are subject to availability and may be upgraded to MPVs in some markets.

This complimentary service is limited to a maximum of 2 large suitcases and 4 passengers per car, or 4 large suitcases and 6 passengers If upgraded to People Carrier. Excess will be charged beyond the complimentary allowance.
Please note that there is no charge for any cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the service and your capped entitlement will not be considered utilized.
For any cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled service your capped entitlement will be considered utilized and any excess charged cannot be refunded.
There is no charge for any amendments to the services made more than 48 hours in advance of the service. For any amendment made less than 48 hours in advance of the service, there will be a US$10 amendment fee plus the change fee imposed, which varies depending on the airport.
大事なところを要約すると、待ち合わせ場所は到着口の3〜4番出口付近で、Citiプレートで予約者の名前が書かれたプレートを持って待機しているようです。
また運転手は飛行機が着陸後から60分は待機していてくれるようですが、入国審査が混んだり荷物が出てくるのが遅かったりして、この60分が過ぎてしまったらどうしようかと少し心配です。
受託手荷物は1人2個まで、送迎サービスの48時間前までにキャンセルをすればキャンセル料がかからない、距離や荷物の量によっては別途料金が発生する場合があるようなので、気をつけなければなりません。
さてさて、送迎サービスの人と合流できるのでしょうか？
