ebayで悪い評価をもらってしまった場合の対処法の続きです。
バイヤーにfeed backを訂正してくれる約束を取り付けた後、

Home>Community>Feedback forum>Request Feedback revision ここまで行きましょう
Go to the Request Feedback Revision page from the Feedback Forum or from your Feedback Profile.Review the list of eligible Feedback entries and select the ones you want to request revisions for.
The number of Feedback revision requests available to you until the end of the current year is displayed in the top right corner of the Request Feedback Revision page.
Select the reason for your request in the Give the buyer a reason for the request section.
Enter any additional info for the buyer in the text box. You can enter up to 500 characters.
Click the Send button.
フィードバックプロフィールからリクエストフィードバックリビジョンで、該当のバイヤーをチェックし、バイヤーが何故，悪いフィードバックをつけたかの理由も選択します。そしてsendのボタンを押します。
これで、バイヤーがこのリクエストを受け入れれば、negativeな評価が消えます。
このnegative な評価が消えた時の、喜びと言ったら・・ちょっと言葉には言い表せないです。
悪い評価をつけたという事は、何かに不満があるという事です。その不満を解消しないでこのリクエストを送っても、恐らく無視されるでしょう。まずは、バイヤーとコンタクトをとって交渉しましょう。
