Welcome back on this week’s English lesson. And the letter for the day is “Letter L”. 🤗
今日も元気にEnglish lessonスタート
覚える文字は…『Ｌ・l』です
Firstly, we learned “Letter L” by tracing the broken lines in a yellow paper. On this picture you can see K-kun, Y-kun and S-chan tracing the “big letter L”.
まずは「L」の文字を覚えました
Kくん、Yくん、Sちゃんが「大きなL」をなぞります
We also traced the “small letter l”. Everyone’s really excited for their turn to write!
「小文字のl」もなぞってみました
みんな自分の順番が回ってくるのが待ち遠しくて…
『つぎやりたい』と、積極的に参加してくれていましたよ
Then we have words that starts with “Letter L”. First word is “Lemon” which is a sour fruit and it’s yellow in color.
次に、「L」で始まる単語のお勉強
最初の単語は「レモン」🍋
これは酸っぱい果物で、色は黄色で塗りました
Another word that starts with “Letter L” is “Lion” which known to be the king of the jungle. They colored it with brown and yellow.
「L」で始まるもう一つの単語は「ライオン」🦁
黄色と茶色で色塗りをしましたよ
And the third word is “Lock”, it keeps a door, window, lid or a container fastened and typically opened by a key. For this example they colored it black.

あまり見覚えのない鍵の形を見て、
『これなぁに⁇』と、不思議そうに見ていた子どもたちです
Then we put small pieces of red paper to form a “big letter L”. K-kun and S-chan helped each other to finish this letter.

KくんとSちゃんが協力して、文字を完成させてくれましたよ
Now let’s see the results! Everybody helped each other to finish today’s English lesson. We learned big and small letter L, and three words that starts with letter L.

And lastly we learned a new song focusing on their head, feet, ears and nose. We will sing this again tomorrow and I hope they are more familiar with it.
