昨日の夜、ボンジュールさんは、ギルドチャットで、Sumireさんに対して、侮辱的な言動が在りました。
儂は、知識をひけらかして、マウントをとる、ボンジュールさんの様なプレイヤーは嫌いです。
ボンジュールさんは、知識も経験も豊富なのでしょう。
別のアカウントで、強いギルドに所属しているのかも知れません。
その事を鼻に掛けて、高飛車に発言する行為は、心地よいモノでは在りません。
そのくせ、「Alone100」では、「メインのアカウントの活動が忙しいから･･･」とか言って積極的な活動をしていません。
「Alone100」は、ボンジュールさんが、自慢話をして息抜きをしに来る場所ではないのです。
儂は、Sir.Dichotomyさんの様に、トッププレイヤーとして、ギルドを牽引していくギルドマスターでは在りません。
ASURAさんの様に、優れた洞察力と人望で、強いプレイヤーを纏め上げられるギルドマスターでは在りません。
ギルドマスターとしての儂の役割は、「誰もゲームを楽しめるギルド」で在るために、ギルドの秩序を維持していくことだと考えています。
ボンジュールさんの存在や行為は、ギルドの秩序を乱すことに直結しています。
それ故に、ボンジュールさんを除籍しました。
儂のした事を、横暴だと感じているメンバーも居るかも知れません。
ボンジュールさんにリスペクトしていて、残念に感じているメンバーも居るかも知れません。
しかし、「誰もゲームを楽しめるギルド」で在るために、ギルドの秩序を維持する為に、必要な判断だったと思っています。
ヒーローウォーズは、モンスターハンターなどの様に、狩りをするために、その場限りのチームを結成して戦うゲームでは在りません。
ギルドと言う、町内会の様な組織に属し、メンバーと協力しながら、お互いを高めあう中で、他のギルドと戦い、何年間にも亘ってランキングを競い合う、きわめてスパンの長いゲームです。
そのために最も重要なのは、結束力の強さで在り、お互いを思いやる心だと確信しています。
これからも、一致団結した全員攻撃で、最後まで諦めない「Alone100」のファイティングスピリットを誇りをもって掲げながら、皆さんと一緒に、ゲームを楽しんで行きたいと思っています。･･･白虎より

Last night, Bonjour was insulting to Sumire in guild chat.
I don't like players like Bonjour, who mount up and flaunt their knowledge.
However, I am not so stupid as to expel a member because of my own likes and dislikes.
Bonjour, you must have a lot of knowledge and experience.
He may belong to a strong guild on another account.

Bonjour's presence and actions are directly connected to the disruption of the guild's order.
Therefore, I have expelled Mr Bonjour.
Some members may feel that what I did was outrageous.
There may be some members who respect Bonjour and feel disappointed.
However, in order to be a guild where everyone can enjoy the game, I think it was a necessary decision to maintain order in the guild.
Hero Wars is not a game like Monster Hunter, where you form ad hoc teams to hunt and fight.
It is an extremely long-running game in which players belong to a guild, an organisation like a neighbourhood association, cooperate with its members, fight against other guilds while improving each other, and compete for rankings over a period of years.
We believe that the most important thing for this is the strength of cohesion and the spirit of caring for each other.
