Position: Manager (Exempt)
Job Summary: The Manager of a Valet Parking Management Company oversees the daily operations of valet services at various locations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, courteous, and safe parking services for clients and their guests. The Manager will supervise valet staff, manage client relationships, and ensure that all operations comply with company standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:
- Oversee daily valet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.

Staff Supervision:
- Recruit, train, and supervise valet staff.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage time-off requests.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Address and resolve staff issues and concerns.

Client Relations:
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and address any service issues promptly.
- Regularly meet with clients to review service quality and address any needs or concerns.
- Develop and implement client retention strategies.

Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage operational budgets.
- Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Analyze financial reports and adjust operations as needed to meet financial goals.

Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality standards.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement customer feedback systems to continuously improve service delivery.

Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of operations, staff, and financials.
- Prepare regular reports for the president.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in valet parking operations or hospitality management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
- Second language ability is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License and clean abstruct are required.
Location: Hotel in Waikiki
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 /year (depends on experience)
