Job Description:
The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing HR policies and programs that align with the company's strategic objectives, culture, and values. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR department, including talent acquisition, development, retention, and ensuring legal compliance. The HR Manager will also be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment, promoting employee satisfaction, and supporting our diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
- Deep understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of the retail industry and its challenges and opportunities.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
Experience in a global and/or retail environment.
Compensation: $100K/year or more. (DOE)
