Job Location: Honolulu (Airport area) Compensation: $56,000-$60,000/year (Depends on experience)
Employment Type: Temp to Hire - Full Time Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm


A well-established local Printing Company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in overseeing various administrative functions, including accounting, general affairs, and HR.

Responsibilities:

Accounting
Manage and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (QuickBooks).
Process invoices, expense reports, and ensure timely payments.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions.
Collaborate with external accountants for tax preparation and financial reporting.

General Affairs:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.
Coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
Handle communication with vendors and service providers.

Human Resources:
Support recruitment processes, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Facility Management:
Ensure the office is well-maintained, clean, and organized.
Address any facility-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Implement and oversee health and safety protocols.

Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between departments and teams.
Draft and distribute internal communications as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in office management, accounting, and human resources.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (QuickBooks).
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
