不動産、土地開発会社からブックキーパーの募集です。

Fluentな英語力必須。

日本語必須ではありませんができればベター指差しです。
QuickBooksの経験は必須です。

 

雇用形態:

フルタイム 直接雇用

月~金 9:00-17:00

 

時給: $20-$25(経験により)

 

勤務地: アラモアナ近辺

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks, ensuring compliance with established accounting standards.

  2. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, track payments, and manage receivables to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.

  3. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure accuracy and identify and resolve discrepancies.

  4. Expense Tracking: Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

  5. Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

  6. Multi-Tasking: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  7. Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to obtain necessary financial information and provide support as needed.

  8. Compliance: Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

     

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • QuickBooks Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with QuickBooks and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

  • Multitasking Skills: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

  • Japanese Language (Preferred): Fluency in Japanese is preferred but not mandatory. The ability to communicate in Japanese would be an added advantage.

  • Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional proficiency in Japanese is a plus.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
