It's been a while since I bake this recipe from Victoria Bakes. This time I divided the dough into 10 pieces weighing around 47-48 gr each. Then I bake them at 190 celcius for 16 minutes.
Ingredients:
Bread flour 260 gr
Instant dry yeast 3 gr
Egg 1 (about 55 gr)
Milk 105 cc
(Total weight of egg and milk 160 gr)
Sugar 30 gr
Salt 2 gr
Unsalted butter 30 gr
