Ingredients:
Bread flour 200 gr
Instant dry yeast 1.1/3 tsp
Sugar 1.1/2 tbs
Salt 1/3 tsp
Unsalted butter 20 gr
Milk 60 cc
Lukewarm water 70-80 cc
Bake at 180c for 15 minutes.
Koppe pan is usually served at Japanese public schools during lunch time. Children usually spread the bread with butter and various jam of their choices.
