Icebox Cookies

What you need:
Unsalted butter (room temp) 140gr
Sugar 90gr
Egg 1
Vanilla essence a few drops
Flour (a) 130gr
Flour (b) 110gr, cocoa powder 25gr
Preparation:
1. Mix butter and sugar until color turns white
2. Beat egg, pour into (1) bit by bit,
Add vanilla essence, mix.
3. Divide butter mixture into 2 bowls. Add in sifted flour (a) into one bowl. And add in sifted flour (b) + cocoa powder into the other bowl.
4. Knead each bowl by hands until become soft cookie dough.
5. Shape the dough as you wish. Cling wrap, let dough rest in refrigerator for 1 hour.
6. Slice dough, arrange on baking pan.
7. Bake at 190 c for 16 minutes.
