Well it`s Friday night, T.G.I Friday (Thank God It`s Friday).
As you all probably all know, I Love making Desserts,
so I found an Italian Pear cake recipe I`d like to have a shot at.
It looks so delicious in the recipe book, not to mention some of
the ingredients being so yummy!
Fresh Local Pears, Almond Powder,
Amaretto (an Italian Liquor made from almonds), and served
with Mascarpone, just to "cap it off" (to finish it off nicely).
Anyway!! That`s what I`m upto tomorrow morning.
