As for the middle east was definitely the completion of Rajab would be thirty days by Sunday so they would begin by the fore-beginning of Shaban on Monday for this year 4139 of yours, but because of the overtaking those of the middle east did not see the crescent of Shaban after sunset of Sunday the night of Monday despite that Monday is the global fore-beginning of Shaban, but it was in the state of overtaking.

O our Allah, if I forged against You that the sun overtook the moon, surely You know the secret and the hidden, and whoever from the entire humans denied the sign of overtaking and got arrogant above Allah's khalifa then who would shelter him from Allah's chastisement? and Allah will indeed disgrace everyone who got arrogant against His khalifa, they are belittled with Allah, surely that is abhor and grievous sin with Allah.
Anyway, we allow the supporters from various countries of humans among all nations to photograph the global full-moon starting from moon rise on Sunday the night of Monday from the farthest entire countries of the remote east as like New Zealand, and Japan, and the entire countries of the far east passing by the middle east till the entire countries to the west from the mother of towns till the remote west of the American state of Alaska.
