今年もクリスマスの季節がやってきました。日本は忘年会シーズンでもありますね。
色とりどりのデコレーションに心浮き立ち、キラキラ輝くクリスマスツリーやイルミネーションに見惚れ、欲しい物リストをさりげなく聞いて、大切な人へのプレゼントを買って・・・。
みなさんはプレゼントをもらったらとっても嬉しいですよね？でもプレゼントをあげたときに、相手の喜ぶ顔を見るのは、なぜかもっと嬉しく感じるときがありませんか？
それは聖書の原則から来ているからです。
「受けるよりは与えるほうが幸いである」
今年のクリスマスは、いつもよりもう少し、多くの人に贈ってみてはいかがでしょうか？
ライフチャーチでは、
「チャリティ・クリスマスツリー」を行います。
これは必要のある方々へギフトを贈るミッションプロジェクトです。
ただお金を寄付するだけでなく
必要なものリストをもらって、それを購入して送るという具体的に必要をサポートするプロジェクトです。
今年はカンボジアの子供たち・学生たちにクリスマスギフトを送る予定です。ライフチャーチでは、昨年からカンボジアにある教会のメンバーたちととてもよい関係を築いています。
是非このミッションに参加したいという方がいらっしゃいましたら、
１２月１１日（日）お越しの際に物品のリストをお配りします。もしくはこちらからご覧ください。
ご購入いただいたギフトは１２月１８日（日）もしくは１２月２５日（日）にお持ちいただき、ギフトをツリーの下に置いてくださいね。
※ギフトはライフチャーチでまとめて箱詰めして送りますので、ラッピングは不要です。
12月11日（日）は、皆様に楽しんで頂けるプログラムを多数ご用意いたしておりますので、是非ご家族やお友達と一緒にお越しください。

It’s the Christmas season!
You see colorful decorations, sparkling Christmas trees, beautiful illuminations everywhere, and kids are excited about what presents they will get this year…
Everyone is happy to receive a gift.
Bu sometimes, don’t you think when you give someone a gift and see that person excited and his/her face start smiling with joy because of your gift and you are thinking in your mind, “I knew she would love it!”
Wouldn’t that actually make you more happier?
This is a principal that is written in the Bible. ”It is more blessed to give than to receive.”
This is why we feel happier to give.
This Christmas, maybe it might be a good idea to give a little more gifts to make more people happy?
Life Church is going to do ”The Giving Tree.”
This is a mission to send gifts to people who are in need.
Rather than just donating money, we get a list of what they need/want and we buy the stuff and send them to the children.
This year, we are going to send Christmas gifts to the children and students of Cambodia. We have been building a really good relationship with the church in Cambodia.
We will distribute the gift list on the 11th at church. If you would like to give, please bring the gift on the 18th or the 25th to Life Church and drop off your gift under the Christmas tree at Life Church.
※Please do not wrap the gift since Life Church will combine all the gifts into boxes when shipping
We are also preparing a lot of fun programs for you to enjoy the event. Please bring your family and friends and let’s celebrate this Christmas together!
