ちらし寿司 / "Chirashi zushi"

お雛様はだったので、今夜はちらし寿司をいただきました

Tonight was Japanese girls festival and we had this "Chirashi zushi" for dinner. Chirashi zushi is sushi rice sweetened by vineger and kind of suger topped with raw fish, cooked eggs, rape blossoms and salmon roe.

私が作ったのではありません。父作ですー大変助かります

Actually I didn't make it my father did. He is very helpful.
