【7年前】
新社長が就任して来月で１年になりますが
スタッフと、今後の改善案なんかを、一緒に考えながらやってきています
独自のカラーと言っても、４０年間培ってきたものもありますしね
なかなか、厳しいのだろうなあとは思いますが、それでもお客様の満足度を上げる為に頑張っておられます
そこで、大型連休が終わった後に次のような企画でいかがでしょうか？
「２０１３年○○☆○○ 新社長就任１周年記念企画 限定特別謝恩プラン」
２０１１年「○○☆○○」は創業４０周年を迎えました
これも一重に長年にわたる皆様のご愛顧があればこそ・・・
そして、４１周年の２０１２年、新社長が誕生し、
２０１３年就任１周年を迎えることができましたそこで、日頃の感謝の気持ちもこめて、２０１３年のみの限定特別謝恩プランです

まあ、「○○☆○○」の社長が変わったからって、関係ないよ
そういう声もあると思いますが、社長が変わって、
少し変わった「○○☆○○」の姿勢をアピールする企画ですね
従来の雰囲気が好きだって言うお客様に、失望感を与えないように守るところは守って
変えていかねばならないところを、一気にではなく、徐々にですが、変えてきての企画になります
「清酒○○」の方も、今年の新酒から、イメージチェンジしましたしね
従来の「○○☆○○」に、少しづつ新たな息吹が吹き込まれてきています
これを、どう成長させていくか？問われる試金石みたいなプランです。よろしくお願いします

【6年前】
「○○☆○○」に、設置している自動販売機が
消費税の関係での値上げを、各社終えたのをみていよいよ来たか！
そんな感じで、新たな料金をしみじみと感慨深く眺めている僕です
それは、仕方ないのでしょうけど、
その際に、同時に「温かい」から「冷たい」にも切り替えてありました
これは、ちょっと早かったかな？例年ならもっと後ですからね
今でこそ、客室についてるエアコンも、
各部屋のリモコンで、暖房と冷房の切り替えができますけど
僕が入社した頃は、水冷式のエアコンでしたから、一元管理だったのですよ
暖房の季節なら全部の部屋が暖房、冷房の時期なら全部の部屋が冷房って感じで
この切り替えのタイミングがいつも難しかったのですが
いわゆる４月後半からの「大型連休」の時は、間違いなく暖房でした
大型連休を過ぎて、しばらくして、冷房に切り替えるのですが、
宿泊されてるお客さんで、部屋でスイッチを入れて、温かい風が出てくるって苦情が来て
「大型連休期間中ですので、まだ冷房に切り替えていませんので・・・」そのように説明したら
「馬鹿野郎！大型連休は冷房だ！」「いや、この辺では大型連休は暖房なんですよ」冷房・暖房というやり取りが続いた記憶があります
今思えば、「冷房」でも「暖房」でもない、どちらも必要ない時期だったのかも知れないですね
だから、自動販売機も大型連休過ぎてから、「冷たい」に切り替えていたのですが
７月まで温かいで、８月だけ冷たいで、９月になったら再び温かいなんてこともありましたし
今年は、４月の中旬ですでに「冷たい」に変わってしまった。少し早いかな？
そう思って、カレンダーを見ると、４月１７日が、土用の入りだったのですね
５月５日は「立夏」なのは、知ってましたけど、その夏が立つまでの季節と季節の変わり目「土用」
そうか！そういう時期に入ったんだ！と、しみじみ思います
季節の変わり目、体調を崩しやすくなりますが、お体をご自愛くださいね
そうそう、平坦地は特に、寒さ対策は必要ないような気もしますが
アルペンルート「雪の大谷」は、冬の景色に入っていくことになりますので
１枚多めに防寒具を羽織る形で、そして５月６日までは「パノラマロード」というのもあります
雪の上を歩く形になりますので、トレッキングシューズか何かの動きやすい、溝のある、防水性に優れたもので・・・
新調されたのであれば、地元で少し履き慣らしておかれた方が、快適に動けます
今の時期は１日で、春と冬を体験できる「立山黒部アルペンルート」
そして、ご宿泊＆心と体の癒しの再生には「○○☆○○」をよろしくお願いします

立山黒部アルペンルートも政府の全都道府県に緊急事態宣言を受けて
雪の大谷の一番凄い時なのですが、観光客がやってくる状態でもないからでしょうね
黄金連休明けるまで営業休止になりました
黒部峡谷鉄道も同様です！不要不急の県をまたいだ行動は避けてと富山県知事も言ってます
どうなるんだろ？正しく怖れて正しく備えて共に闘おう・・・
