✍️迎え火Mukae-bi” is fire to welcome the spirits of ancestors. The fire is to show a sign for the spirits to come back home without getting lost. we make horses for ancestors to ride with cucumber and eggplant. “送り火Okuri-bi”is fire to guide ancestors’ spirits back to the sky(grave). #japanese #culture
