・エリンギとえのきと豆腐の味噌汁

-Fried chicken and eggplant with grated daikon radish
-Mixed bean sprout and grated sesame seeds
-Eringi mushroom, enoki mushroom and tofu miso soup
-Rice

この時の記事にナスの素揚げを追加、そしてポン酢ではなくめんつゆ+水 にしました。

I added fried eggplant and used mentyu and water instead of ponzu.

・もやしの胡麻和え
もやし1袋をシリコンスチーマーに入れ、レンジで約2分。
粗熱が取れたら水気を絞る。
ボールにオイスターソース・醤油・ごま油各小匙１、すりごま大匙１、塩少々を入れ、もやしと和える。
-Mixed bean sprout and grated sesame seeds
Put 1 pack of bean sprout into silicon steamer, and microwave it for about 2 minutes.
Squeeze it well once it has cooled down.
Mix 1 tsp of oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil, 1 tbs of grated white sesame seeds, and a bit of salt in a bowl.
Mix it with bean sprout.

最近掃除機にいちゃもんをつける息子。
朝Eテレつけてる間に掃除機かけたらうるさいと叫ばれ。
なら消してからやろうと思ったら抱っこせいと泣かれ。
とにかく掃除機中には何かと絡んでくるのです。
そんなわけで、左手に米袋強の重さの息子を抱えながら右手で掃除機かけるのですが、これ、ほんと、死ぬわ。
部屋中かけたいのに一切降りようとしない息子。
途中で止めたくもないから必死に抱える私。
朝の九時前にへとへとになる事態が発生。
マジ疲れたわ…
最近やたら構えコールが増え、かつ突然のイヤイヤスイッチにも怯えているというのに、魔の二歳児はこれ以上なのか。
頑張れ私。。。
Recently my son hates the vacuum cleaner.
I was vacuuming while he was watching TV, but he screamed for me to stop.
On another day, I turned off the TV and started to vacuum, but he cried and demanded me to hold him.
He asks for something during my vacuuming time.
So I had to vacuum with my right hand, and hold him on my left arm.
It's soooooo tough!!
I almost died.
He didn't get off until I was done, but I didn't stop on the way.
It made me so tired even before at 9 am.
He wants me to pay more attention to him than before, and suddenly his terrible switch is on.
I'm so scared about it though, I think "terrible twoes" must be more.
