・ネギトロ丼
・じゃがいもと人参のかきあげ、舞茸の天ぷら
・みそ汁
-Chopped raw tuna with rice
-Potato and carrot, maitake mushroom tempura

コープの冷凍ネギトロ多用しております。
使い易い～うまい安い～
-Chopped raw tuna with rice
I like to use frozen chopped raw tuna sold at Coop.
It's easy to cook, cheap, and tasty.
・じゃがいもと人参のかきあげ、舞茸の天ぷら
千切りにしたじゃがいも一個と人参1/2個、舞茸１パック使用。
いつも水とき小麦粉の配合曖昧だし、作りすぎてしまうわー。
粗塩かけていただきました。
*息子用*
フライドポテトみたいなもんなんで、だいぶ気に入ってた。
意外にも舞茸の方がお好き。
-Potato and carrot, maitake mushroom tempura
Cut 1 pc of potato and 1/2 pc of carrot into strips.
Use 1 pack of maitake mushroom.
I always don't know the right mixture of water and flour.
And made too much, so I have to eat the leftover the following day.
Eat it with salt.
*For my son*
It was like a fried potato, so he liked it.
Surprisingly, he ate the maitake mushroom more than potato.

-Sauteed chicken wings with sweet-and-spicy sauce
-Octopus and cucumber salad with vinegar sauce
-Onion and eringi mushroom miso soup
-Rice

参考「syunkon カフェご飯」１巻より。
世界の○ちゃん という手羽先有名店があるんで一度食べてみたいけど、旦那曰く「こっちの方がそれより美味しい」というので、そこの手羽先は食べにいかないで済みそうです。笑
*息子用*
まー食べた食べた。
危うく骨かじるとこだった。

There is a famous restaurant known for its chicken wings in Japan, and I wished to eat the chicken.
But I won't be there because my hubby said that my chicken is much tastier than that. LOL

Wow, He really liked it, and he almost ate the chicken bone!!
・たこときゅうりの酢の物
ゆでだこ約60gを乱切りにする。
キュウリ一本は輪切りにして塩揉み、水を絞る。
乾燥わかめふたつまみくらいを水で戻す。
ボールに酢・醤油・みりん各大匙１をいれ混ぜ、たこ、きゅうり、わかめを和える。
三杯酢の配合ですね。
*息子用*
キュウリきらいなんだよおおおぉぉぉぉ。
たこを除いてご飯や鶏と一緒に食べさせてみました。
-Octopus and cucumber salad with vinegar sauce
Cut 60g of boiled octopus coarsely.
Cut 1 pc of cucumber into round and rub with salt and squeeze.
Put 2 pinch of dried seaweed into water and it would like raw again.
Mix 1 tbs of vinegar, soysauce, mirin in a bowl, and add the octopus, cucumber, seaweed.
*For my son*
He doesn't like cucumber!!
So I mixed cucumber and seaweed with rice or chicken and gave it to him.

先日初めて！ベビーカーなしで歩きで電車に乗せてみたんですけど。
隣の駅までですがね…
結構人乗ってて座席は満杯、立ってる人もちらほら。
どうなる息子！？
が、いつもベビーカーなら電車乗った瞬間にお菓子を要求するけど、全く何も言わずおとなしくきょろきょろ。
おっ これはいい感じか！？
と思ったけど、しばらくしたら座席の方に行きそうに歩き出したんでそこは引き止めて抱っこして降りた。
帰りの電車はがらがらで、座席に座らせたらおとなしくお外ぼーっと眺めてた。
ベビーカーに乗せると好きなように動けなくてよく雄叫びあげるけど、歩きなら動けないストレスはないからマシなのかな！？
まぁたったの一駅なんでなんとも言えませんが…
これが３０分とか電車乗ったら座席登ったり走ったりいろいろし始めるのか！？
どっちがいいんだー！！
とりあえずどうしても電車で移動が必要になったら、乗車時間分のお菓子を鞄に詰めて出かけることは否めないか…・°・(ノД｀)・°・
Last week, I got on the train with my son without a baby car for the first time!
Only to the next station though. There were many people, I was a bit nervous.
What would my son do this time!?
He always asks me to give him snacks when he gets on the train.
Surprisingly he said nothing and just looked around!
Wow. I was impressed!
But after a while, he started walking to the seats, so I stopped him and held him.
On my way back home, I had him sit on the seat, and he behaved very well.
I think he feels stressed if he is on the baby car because he can't move freely.
So it might be better to take him on the train without the baby car.
Wait, it's possible that he would climb on the seat or run on the train if he gets on the train for a long time, huh!?
I can't be sure which is the better way to get on the train!!
Anyway I will always have to bring so many snacks just in case.
