卵そぼろは、母からは小鍋に油をひかずに菜箸4本でひたすらぐるぐる回すようにならったけど、Shioriさんのは油ひいてぐるぐる。
どうもそれだとうまくぽろぽろにならずに大きめの塊になってしまうので、私は油ひかないほうがいいかもです！
*息子用*
ご飯と混ぜ混ぜしてあげました。
Soboro and rice's recipe is above.
My mom taught me not use oil for making egg soboro, but which is contrary to Shiori.
I prefer to follow my mom's advice.
*For my son*
Mix soboro with rice.
焼きナス
・長なす 2本
・市販の味噌だれ 大匙１
・みりん 大匙１
茄子は縦半分、横半分に切って水にさらし、水気を切ったらオーブントースターで5分ほど焼く。
味噌だれとみりんを良く混ぜ、茄子の切った面にぬり、また3分ほど焼いて出来上がり。
市販の味噌だれは赤みそが利いてちょっと濃いめなので、みりんでマイルドにしてみました。
*息子用*
小さく切って同じようにあげました。
お気に召した模様。
なんか味の好みが旦那とそっくり…
和食好きなんだよなー。
Sauted eggplant with miso sauce
-2 pc of large eggplants
-1 tbs of miso sauce
-1 tbs of mirin
Cut eggplants lengthwise and also crosscut.
Soak them in the water foe a few minutes and remove the excess water, and make them toast about 5 minutes.
Mix miso sauce and mirin.
Coat the eggplant with the mixture.
Toast them for about 3 minutes.
The original miso sauce tastes a bit strong for me, so I diluted it with mirin.
*For my son*
Cut them into smaller size.
He loved them.
His taste is similar to his dad's...
They both fond of eating Japanese foods.

息子、最近よく真似をします。
私やら旦那やら…
恐ろしいほど良く見てるよね子供って。
別にそんなにしょっちゅう電話してるわけじゃないのに、携帯持つと耳にあてて電話するしぐさをする。
得意げに。笑
息子がこぼしたものをよく台布巾で床拭いちゃうんですが、あ、その後はテーブル拭かないで洗濯しますよ！（なんの言い訳）
こないだ洗濯物たたんでたらその中からわざわざ台布巾引っ張り出して床拭く真似された…
ペットボトルでコップにお茶注いだら、そのペットボトルを奪って机の下からコップにお茶そそぐ真似を何回もされたり。
しゃべるようになるとなんでも口真似するようになるんだな…
姪っ子とか今すごいもんね…
いやーほんと怖い。
言葉づかい気を付けないとなぁぁぁ…
Recently he imitates me or my husband's action a lot.
He watches us so much!!
I don't usually talk on the phone, but he holds the phone, put it close to his ear and pretends to be talking to someone on the other line.
I always wipe the floor with kitchen cloth after he eats, (of course I wash it after that!).
When I put the laundry away, he picked up the kitchen cloth and pretended to be wiping the floor...
When I poured tea in a glass from the bottle, he grabbed the bottle and pretended to do the same action from under the dining table....
Once he starts to talk, he will imitate everything what I say!
Now my niece is in the situation.
Wow I'm so scared!
I will have to be more careful with the words that I say....
