お久しぶりです
"毎週 夢中になって どっぷり サルサを踊る習慣をつくるクラスを作りたい"
そぉんな想いから
1ヶ月ごとに振り付け(サルサシャイン)が変わる お月謝クラスを開講することにしました🌷🌷
まぁ わたしといったら もうサルサ,ラテンダンスは生活の一部であり
週に1回はかならずサルサを踊っていて
１週間に踊らない日があったとしても 頭の中ではやっぱり考えてる笑。
好きなサルサダンサーの動画見たり
サルサのペアダンスのリードのステップ(エスコートする側の)をぼんやり 考えてたり
なんで そんなに サルサが好きなのか？は
SNSやホームページのプロフィールに、サルサとの出会いや、想いを書いてあるので
お時間ある時に覗いてみてください

サルサを踊ることで 気持ちが解放されたり
波打つ様な 内側から湧き出てくる ラテンの動きが
人間の本能の 心地よいゾーンを刺激してくれてるのではないかなぁ？とも思うのです
生命力が湧いてきたり
身体の筋肉の変化
(お尻がきゅっと上がってきたり)
(くびれができてきたり)
(身体がリラックスできるようになったり)
心の変化
(人前でオープンになれたり)
(インスピレーションが冴えて、仕事がはかどったり)
(ワクワクできることが増えて、生活に充実感がでてきたり)
そぉんな変化も出てくる可能性がある🌹
それを 習慣化することによって 幸せホルモンたぁくさん出して
本来のあらゆる自分の素材の良さに 気づける

●14:10〜16:10
※スタジオは14:00から開いてます
JR 大久保駅 南口から３分
●お月謝制
¥8,000〜¥10,000(その月の日数による)
＋¥2,300〜¥2,800(スタジオ代)
※月の途中からは、参加できません。月初めからの参加をお願いしております。
お支払いは銀行振り込みとなります。
ご入金後のご返金は致しかねます。

サルサベーシック (On1,On2,Cubanにも対応できる様に毎月、様々なスタイルのサルサを踊ります)

(ステップの組み合わせを覚えて踊ります)
※1ヶ月ごとに、振り付けが変わります。
●持ち物:動きやすい服、ダンスシューズは、ヒールでも良し、ペタンコ靴でも良し、裸足でも良しです👌
●1ヶ月だけ参加でもいいし、続けて参加するのも可能です
続けて参加される方は、クラスの中で"来月も継続します"とおっしゃっていただければ大丈夫です。
その月に定員が埋まらなかった場合、追加で募集をかけます。
※お月謝はお申し込み日を含む5日以内(土日
祝日を含む)にお手続きをお願いいたします。
例:4/2(土)にお申し込みの場合、4/6(水)ま
でにお支払いください。

Here is the announcement of My New Salsa
Class！👏👏👏
I wanted to have a class which become nice habit in your daily life that can open your heart and passion by dancing salsa!
As many of you know from my story to encounter to salsa and my SNS posts,
Salsa(Latin Dance)has been a part of my life and essence of who i am.
I at least dance salsa once in a week.
Even when I don't dance for a week,
Salsa don't get out of my head..lol
by checking out my favorit dancers from internet or thinkig about rotines of Men's leading steps
Because All that thing became my habit
And My passion and Life vitality based on this great habit

By dancing Salsa has possibility like...
Being full of Vitality,

●Wear anything that you feel comfortbale to move.
Heals, Flat shoes, even barefoot is Okay👌
●You can either try just for a month, or continue to take a class for next month.
You can let me know in a class if you want tocotinue.
⚠️Please make a payment within 5days (Including weekends&Holiday )
counting from your register day.
Example: If you register 4/2(Sat.), Payment should be done by 4/6(Wed.).
