I have to admit that I was a little skeptic.
って思ったんだけど、
However, after a little more optimistic consideration
よく考えてみたら、
more optimistic consideration,
「ありなんちゃうかなー。。」
I thought
って思えてきてね。
"Why not!! I could be possible!"
あちきは、これ実現したらもんすごく面白いことになる気がするんだ。
I love this idea.. however much it might hurt the global economy in a short-run that I believe this could be one of solution to our energy problem.

カリフォルニアからの話題。
California!!
カリフォルニアって、実はエコ関連事業の割合って
I didn't know until recently that
アメリカ国内１位らしいのね。
California is the most aggressive state
だから、需要はあるみたいなの。
towards renewable energy and green jobs; meaning there is a high demand.
でも、問題は製造する会社がまだ少なくって、
However, the problem is the lacks of manufacturing companies within the state
輸入に頼ってる状態ならしいんだ。
that they need to import from another countries, especially from Asia.
ので！！
So!!,
今度カリフォルニア州で「事業拡大プラン」っつうのをだすらしいのね。
The state recently unveiled the Clean Energy Jobs Initiative
そのプラン内、気になったのをいくつか紹介。
and some of the proposed plans are;
1. 会社の大小問わず、電力会社は２０２０年までに電力源を再生可能なエネルギーに変えること
Both public and private energy providers to procure 33 percent of California’s electricity from renewable resources by 2020;
2. 現在ある『需要の多い現在注目工業！！』っつう高校の授業の一つにエコ関連会社を入れる。
Green job training, which would align high school curriculum with high-demand jobs in emerging cleantech markets;
3.エコ減税の一環として、エコホームや再生可能エネルギーを使用しているアパートなどのビルのオーナーには、州からのローン保証が貰えるようにする。
Economic incentives which would use a portion of state ratepayer funds to provide loan guarantees for residents and small business owners investing in energy efficiency and renewable technologies on homes and commercial property
これが上手く
いったら、
Some estimate that
９年間で約７００，０００件の新規採用が見込めるらしいよー。
an additional 700,000 jobs could be created in this sector over the next nine years.
カリフォルニアもがんばれ！！
