「英語が話せる」ようになりたいと思って英語の勉強をしている。
この「英語が話せる」ってどういうことなのかな？
例えば「Hello」という単語が言えただけでも、英語はしゃべれている。
じゃあ、私は 何を 話せるようになったら、「英語が話せます」と言えるのか。
そして、何かを英語で話せたとして、それがちゃんと伝わらなければ「英語が話せる」ことにはならない。
だとしたら、相手にちゃんと伝わったとわかるということ、つまり相手からの返答の部分を理解できる必要がある。
つまり、返答部分を理解できるリスニングの力もあってはじめて「英語が話せます」と言えるのかな。
今の私は「英語を話せます」と言えるのかな。
