It will be the third time for me to attend Top of The Table meeting continuing from Santa-barbara in 2023 and Naples 2024.

2023年サンタバーバラ、2024年ネイプルズに続き3回目の参加となるTOT会議へ。

Top of the Table meeting allows only TOT members and one's family (basically, a spouse). The number of TOT members are said approximately 4,000 out of 90,000 MDRT members. To be TOT, it's required to get 6 times results of MDRT members.

トップオブザテーブル会議はTOTメンバーだけに参加が許されていて、プラス家族が1人参加できる。(基本的には配偶者)。世界のTOTメンバーの数は大体4000人位と言われている。MDRTメンバー90,000人のうち5%弱にあたり、TOTはMDRTの6倍の成績を上げる必要がある。

In this time, I reserved my flight by mileage points. So I don't need to pay for a business class, but I need to move to Haneda. As a rule, I need to transfer to Haneda of Narita to visit North America with Japan Airlines.

今回はマイルでフライト予約したので、お金を払う必要はありませんでしたが、羽田まで移動する必要があります。まぁ、どのみち北米に行くためには、羽田か成田に出ないといけないことが多いんですが、日本航空の場合、、、

I had 1 hour to stay in the JAL lounge. I wanted to finish reading "Rich dad, poor dad" that I bought in Vancouver June 2024.

In the flight. It was just 7.5 hours. I felt short.

フライトにて。たったの7時間半、短く感じます。

I need to study and re-obtain several certifications as a life insurance advisor because I changed the company. That's I think very strange. I just changed my work place, but basically we can't continue to hold it, and need to obtain it again. Who benefits?

いくつかの資格を生命保険募集人として取り直さなくてはいけないのです。なぜなら、会社を変わったから。とっても不思議に思います。ただ働く先を変えただけなのに、販売資格を持ったまま移れないんです。誰得なんでしょうか、、、^^;

Arrived at Daniel K Inoue Airport!

Coincidentally, there are three super IFA(Independent Financial Advisor) representing Japan. Of course they are TOTs.

たまたま同じ機内に日本を代表するIFA(金融機関に所属せず、構成中立の立場で独立して顧客の資産運用管理を行う専門家) 3名が登場していました。(もちろんTOTメンバーです)

The reasons I chose Risk Management Laboratory are various. But one of the reasons is IFA. RML deals with stocks, bonds, investment trusts.

Get out of your comfort zone!

I rushed into barbers without reservation.

The first barber said that I need to wait for at least 1 hour, even though I got there at 11am that is the opening time of the shop. I gave up.

荷物をホテルに預け、、、、

コンフォートゾーンから抜け出せ！！

さっそく予約なしでハワイの床屋に飛び込み（笑）

最初の店は、開店時間午前11時に行ったにもかかわらず、少なくとも1時間待つ必要があるとorz

ええい！ここは諦めた。

The second barber also said that I need to come back 1 hour later because it's full now. And another woman staff said to me "Yours is short enough. No need to cut? Aha?"😂😂

2つめの店も「もういっぱいだから、1時間後に来て」と。そして、別の老婆スタッフは「十分短いじゃん。どこ切るのよ（笑）」と😂😂😂😂

Then, I took out my phone and walked to the road, then I called Uber to find other barbers.

仕方なくスマホを取り出し、道まで歩き、Uberで他の床屋を探そうとしました。

Then, the elderly staff ran up to me and said " I will try! I was scolded by my boss. Let me cut for 25USD and shampoo for free!!"

すると！！その老婆が駆け寄ってきて、「やってみます！！店長に失礼よ！って叱られたのよー！25ドルでカットさせて！シャンプーはタダでいいから」

Nice experience in Hawaii 😂😂
