Lately, I've come to a realization, and I am feeling incredibly relaxed and surrendered.
This is because I am watching this Youtube video list about Bashar's teaching
(+400 videos are included in the list, so you can watch them as a sequence. I've watched about half of them so far. Thank you, Akira-san, Darryl Anka, and Bashar
)
What surprised me the most was that what we perceive as reality is merely a projection mapping of things in our brains, vibrating at the same frequency as our beliefs , and our emotions play the role of making us physically believe that reality is real and actually happening.
（oh boy... I thought at least they are happening outside of my body...)
Being in this structure is full of traps in 360 degrees!!!
Thinking "I have to like myself" and starting to read Louise Hay's books is also self-blame (that's me),
Saying "I shouldn't have said that" and brooding over it is also self-blame (that's me),
Feeling relieved thinking "I finished cooking in time" means I was happy because I was able to manage time (that's me).
OH I'm constantly judging myself...
Bashar says this is merely ego steping outside of its original scope,
so we just need to say "Ok, that is what you think. Thank you, Bye!"
We can teach the ego it is not necessary for him to worry.
Therefore,
Reality is a projection mapping emerged responding to one's beliefs,
So if you do what makes you feel the highest excitement resonating with the universe, the best reality for you will manifest,
Even if there are things you perceive as negative, they are the best events attracted by your own vibration,
So all you have to do is find the belief that showed you that event you perceive as negative and remove it.
On Planet Essassani, if there are unexpected events, they say "Congratulations!" lol
Fortunatly, I love my current job, and the Work-Life Balance is great too as I hoped before.
(I no longer work at the multinational company. There's no WLB there lol).
I'm now thrilled to devote more time to my children and hobbies outside of work.
Theoretically, I've now realized that all I need to do is pursue my excitement, so now I just feel like leaving the rest to the universe while me deciding on the destination.
The difference between the Showa/Heisei era and the Reiwa era is really amazing! I am happy to see both!
