How amazing that Jin opened his own restaurant and run by his brother in Seoul which is called "Ossu Seiromushi".

"Ossu (or Otsu)" and "Sero-mushi" are Japanese, but it is interesting to conbine the words and name it for their restaurant!ラブラブ

In Japanese, "Ossu" is a men's word. Only men can use it. It means "Hey" or "Hi". But it is not common to use usually.

"Seiro" is the name of wooden steamer. "mushi"means to steam.

There are some Seiro-mushi restaurants in Japan but it is not so common. So I wonder why Jin picked up "Seiromushi" from many other Japaense dishes.

Accroding to the restaurant guide, there are two tiers of wooden steamers; one is for 3 different kinds of meat, and the other is 18 different kinds of vegetables. Waiter brings and give presentation of the meat and veges with 2 different kinds of appetizers. Need to wait for at least 12 minutes to steam. Eat with 2 different kinds of sauces; sesami seed sauce and soy sauce & venegar sauce. Sounds like Shabushabu sauces. Yum!

The price is over US$59. There are other menus are available such as Maguro no tataki (slice grilled tuna), Shime Saba (marinated Makarel), Grilled sweet potato, Fried Octpus, Mentai Mayo Onigiri, etc. which are common menu in the Izakaya (pub or bar in Japan).

Compared to other Korean restaurant, it would be very expensive. Since Korea has so many viraety of yummy foods. I wonder how Korean people like this restaurant. It seems like most of the customers are BTS fans or visitors from overseas.

I would like to go to Korea and visit the Otsu Seriomushi someday!ラブラブ
