Customer Service Officer at Narita Airport.
Successful applicants must have excellent Japanese and English language verbal communication skills and have ability to assist the Duty Managers to achieve smooth, efficient passenger processing and Customer Service for Virgin Atlantic flights departing NRT.

Key Objectives will include:

● To be visibly available to passengers at the check-in counter.
● To manage queue control at check-in.
● To be fully aware of the importance of On Time Performance and do all possible to make sure the Narita Airport Service team maximises On Time Performance potential.
● To assist and cover general office work.
● To have faire understanding to Clubhouse daily operation and to enable to work in Clubhouse if necessary.


Successful applicants must have excellent Japanese and English language verbal communication skills and have ability to work individually using own judgment. Minimum 2 years experiences in airline industry are preferable. Also positive and a "can do" attitude is key to these roles!
