Someone mentioned EU as a round up number. Thats actually a pretty good idea! Although Holland is doing very well given the size (both population and GDP). But we are not just there yet, and like someone pointed out,

TITLEIST PUTTERS, or has the Olympic Games become a cluttered excuse to win a medal?! How is BMX an Olympic sport? Beats me, although we gladly brought a medal home from it... Sigh... Hypocr1te... (No offence to the BMX cyclists, but Olympics?)
I loved the women soccer, that's about participation. Mens', not so much. Same blokes who already get too much attention anyway. So to be fair, maybe trade men's soccer for BMX :-D
