アレックス・リガートウッドがお亡くなりになりました。
馴染みのない方々もいらっしゃると思うので簡単に経歴を説明します。
彼はサンタナに1979年から1994年にかけて5回在籍し、
その他にもブライアン・オーガーやアヴェレージ・ホワイト・バンド、
ジェフ・ベックを初め数々のアーティストと関わってきたスコットランド出身の
シンガー、ギタリストです。
Ｒ＆Ｂ、ソウル、モータウンなどの黒人音楽影響を強く受けたソウルフルな
シンガーで、4月30日にカリフォルニア州サンタモニカの自宅で亡くなりました。
79歳でした。 R.I.P.
今日はサンタナの1990年の私が好きなアルバムで彼がヴォーカルで参加している

インストロメンタル以外の曲は彼がヴォーカルで参加していますが、
特に彼が歌う2曲目の「Gypsy Woman」カーティス・メイフィールドの曲は
