先日Disneyが、アメリカのフロリダ州にあるDisney Resortに超高級住宅街をつくることを発表
Magic KingdomとEpcot Centerの間、リゾートのド真ん中にGolden Oakという名の超高級住宅街、まずは約30建の家・土地が今年売られ、完成は2011年だという
ゆくゆくは約450建のCommunityにするという
気になるお値段は。。。How much
約1億5千万円～約8億円だという
The houses will be designed by Walt Disney Imagineers.
The community will have a private clubhouse complete with concierge service, private VIP transportation, access to select special event tickets AND when the Four Seasons Hotel is built, the residents will have access to the hotels spa, restaurants and golf course
う～ん。。。これはかなりHard-core（ハードコア）なDisneyファン向け
