Kazuhiko Nakahara(71),MD touched breasts of woman and make her touch his penis during the treatment and that was proved by hidden videocamera of the woman. Nakahara said the woman "You must be lonely without husband". Prosecutor did not indicte .Nakahara had a reputation of a good mental Doctor.
