「ご挨拶いたします。私達はアクトゥリアン評議会です。私達は皆様とお会い出来ることを嬉しく思います。
私達は人類の進歩にとても満足しており、意識の変化に於ける皆様の役割について私達がお話した時に、皆様の中に湧き出る責任感をもって上手くやってくれていることを非常に嬉しく思っています。
皆様の多くは、今まさに起きつつあるシフトの為に奉仕して貢献したいとの思いを感じていることでしょう。
そして、私達は皆様に、皆様は(人類の)リーダーであり、重い周波数を軽くしている人であり、より高い周波数エネルギーに自らアンカー(固定)していながらその全てを(地球や人類に)定着させている人であり、そして皆様の助けやサポートを必要としている人達が皆様を見つけられるように、皆様はこれから益々明るくなって光を放つようになるということをお伝えします。
私達が皆様にお伝えしたのは多くの責任ですが、しかし私達が皆様にこれらの責任を負わせている訳ではありません。
これは、皆様がこの生涯で申し込んだ旅の一部であって、皆様が今世で自ら望んで(この世に誕生前に)契約したものなのです。
それ故、皆様は、自分が(この約束を果たす為に世の人々に先んじて)目覚めることを知っていました。
また、皆様は、高次の領域にいる私達(と共に使命を遂行する為)の、地上要員として引き受けた自らの立場に必要なワークを自分自身で行うことも知っていました。
一度に多くのトラウマやネガティブな感情に直面する人々を助けなければならないことを知っていたのです。
そして、皆様はその全てに「はい！」と答えていたのですが、これらの責任の全てを認識し自覚している現在に於いて、再び皆様はその挑戦に「はい！」と答えてくれていますので、私達はそのことに感謝しています。
これまで自分が役に立ちたいと強く願ってきた皆様が、満足感を感じているのが私達には分かります。
いつか皆様には、まだ目覚めていない人達のガイドやリーダーとしての役割を求められる時が来るのです。
私達は、これからは皆様が一歩踏み出して、まだ目覚めていない人達のガイドやリーダーの役割を果たさなければならない時が来ることを知り、自分がこれほど望んでいた奉仕が出来ることに皆様が満たされた気持ちを覚えているのを見て知っています。
私達は、皆様がまだ目覚めていない人々を助けようとしている事の重要性を知って欲しいですし、そしてまた、皆様がまだ変容し進化していることも認識して頂きたいと思います。
皆様は今以上の十分な能力を持っていますので、皆様のこれらの奉仕の職務に対する準備状況について心配する必要はありません。
皆様は、地球上の他の人生や銀河系の他の領域の別の人生でも、自らがマスターであることを示して活躍してきた人達です。
だからこそ皆様は進んでステップアップを果たし、人類の為の意識のシフトに於いて、この重要な役割を果たすことになったのです。

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very satisfied with the progress that humanity has been making, and we are very pleased that you all have been doing so well with the feelings of responsibility that can come up within you when we talk to you about your role in the shift in consciousness. We know that most of you feel a desire to be of service and to help specifically with the shift that you are in the midst of right now.
And then we come to you and tell you that you are leaders, you are the ones doing the heavy lifting, you are anchoring in all of the higher frequency energies, and that you will be lighting up more and more so that others who need your help and support can find you. It is a lot of responsibility that we have conveyed to you, but we are not the ones doling out the responsibilities.
This was and is a part of the journey that you signed up for in this lifetime. You knew that you would awaken. You knew that you would do the work on yourselves necessary to put you in this position of being the ground crew for all of us in the higher realms, and you knew that you would have to help those who would be facing a lot of trauma and negative emotions all at once. And you said ‘yes!’ to all of it, and now that you are aware of all of these responsibilities, you are once again saying ‘yes!’ to the challenge, and we appreciate that.
We see all of you who have wanted so much to be of service feeling a sense of satisfaction, knowing that the time will come when you will be asked to step up and play the role of guides and leaders to those who have yet to awaken. We want you to know how significant it is that you are willing, still, to help those who have yet to awaken, and we want you to recognize that you are still transforming and evolving.
And you do not need to worry about your readiness for these duties. You are more than capable now, and you will be even more capable when the time comes for you to answer the call and to assist those who need people like yourselves, who have been doing the work, to help them process their negative emotions and past life trauma. You are the ones who have shown yourselves to be masters in other lifetimes on Earth and in other parts of the galaxy, and that is why you were so willing to step up and play this significant role in the shift in consciousness for humanity.
