A Sunday Morning Stroll on May 20.
It's good to start a day with a morning stroll.
It is especially true on Sunday morning when people are still in beds and the roads are much quieter.
We checked nice cafes while strolling through the streets in Gangnam.
We went to Ritz Calton hotel and bought fresh breads for breakfast.
On our way back home, we visited Kukkiwon, World Taekwondo Headwquarters.
We did some excercise with the exercise machines at the Yeoksam Park adjacent to Kukkiwon.
We took a several photoes and video clips; we are going to send them to relatives in Tokyo. We are sure they will like our photoes and video clips.
After 2 hours of strolling, we arrived home and really enjoyed having a breakfast with the red bean bread, which was heavy and had sweet taste, mocha bread, homemade cafe latte, and oranges.
