Toujours dans le rôle d’Iron Man et du milliardaire Tony Stark, on retrouve Robert Downey Jr.
Cette fois on retrouve 3 méchants : Whiplash est joué par Mickey Rourke, Justin Hammer par Sam Rockwell et la Veuve Noire par Scarlett Johansson.
