I used skin of spring roll to bake strawberry tart today.
Outside is the skin of spring roll which is crisp and inside is frangipane which is dampish.Taste is little sour in the beginning but sweet in the end because the creme patisserie is sweet.
There is good harmony in terms of taste inside the mouth.
