『南国チーズケーキ』を作ってみました。
大マンゴを丸ごと一個とバナナを入れました。
いつものビスケット台にココナツを入れて、焼きあがったチーズケーキの周りにもココナツを飾った。
マンゴとココナツの風味がたっぷりの南国チーズケーキです…
I made a new cheese cake today. I call it a southern country cheese cake because I used ingredients like mangoes, bananas and some coconuts which came from southern countries.
I used one big whole mango and banana! I put some coconuts into the ingredients as the base of the cake and I also decorated the outside of the cake with coconuts.
Delightful aroma from mango and coconut accompanied with great taste!!
