I don’t think it is useful that Tokyo metropolitan government issues a kind of alert to citizens.
The alert doesn’t have any enforcement to the people living there, rather it’s just a cause of confusion.
Hence, Tokyo governer Koike would not have any counter remarks to the idea that Tokyo alert is just a political performance with no sincere care for people’s health or wellbeing.
