M: She left early this morning to go to her part-time job.
D: She's working on a Saturday morning?
M: She works at a hotel. They especially need her on weekends.
D: Waking up early on a Saturday is tough. She's a fighter, all right.
M: That shi is. I wonder where she gets that from.
D: Not from me. I'm a slacker.
M: Yeah,you are. So that means she gets it from me.
D: I'd say so.

◆She left early this morning to go to her part-time job.
彼女はアルバイトに行くために、今朝早く出かけました。
・to不定詞が目的（～するために）を表している。
・後ろにつく修飾要素は前を説明する意味関係。
◆Waking up early on a Saturday is tough.
土曜日に早起きするのは大変です。
・英語では動詞の前の位置が主語。
