算命学では、
自分の才能、才能の種を知るのに
様々な方法があります。
中でも重要な見方が「陽占」で
目に見えやすい性質を見ることができます。
５つの本能とは、
・木性（守備本能）
・火性（伝達本能）
・土性（引力本能）
・金性（攻撃本能）
・水性（習得本能） です。
そして、その５つの本能を
更に陰と陽にわけ、
10種類になります。
これが「十大主星」です。
先日、木性（守備本能）の陽である
「貫索星（かんさくせい）」の話をしました。
今回は、木性（守備本能）の陰である
石門星（せきもんせい）について
お話しします。
石門星は、陰の守備本能です。
自然界の中でのイメージは
「群生する草花」です。
表面的には風に揺られますが
土の中ではしっかりと
根を張っています。
特徴としては、
・集団で自分を守る
・和合・協調
・清濁併せ呑む
・政治力
・現実力量大（現実に強い）
尊敬していた元職場の先輩も
この星を持っていました。
1人1人の言い分をよく聞き、
「そうだよね、そうだよね」と
多様な価値観を受け入れつつ、
それを総合的に判断し、
最終的には、自分の信念に基づいて
決断していました。
私は石門星を持っていませんが、
コミュニケーション上手になりたいと、
日々、先輩を観察していました。。

In Sanmeigaku-Sutdy,
there are various methods to discover
our talents and the types that we posess.
Among them, an important perspective is
"Yo-sen(Yang divination)".
It allows us to perceive easily observable traits.
Five instincts are:
Wood Instinct (Defensive Instinct)
Fire Instinct (Transmitting Instinct)
Earth Instinct (Attracting Instinct)
Metal Instinct(Attacking Instinct)
Water Instinct (Acquiring Instinct)
These five instincts are further divided
into Yin and Yang.
Therefore , it results in ten types known
as the "Ten Major Stars".
Recently, I discussed the Yang aspect
of the Wood Instinct,
known as the "Kansaku Star".
This time, I will talk about the Yin aspect
of the Wood Instinct,
known as the "Sekimon Star".
The Sekimon Star represents the Yin aspect
of the Defensive Instinct.
The image of this star in the natural world is
that of clustering flowers and grasses.
They sway in the wind on the ground,
but they firmly anchor their roots in the soil.
Its characteristics include:
・Protecting oneself within a group
・Harmony and cooperation
・A personality of inner strength and outer softness
・Accommodating both good and bad
・Political observation
・Great practical abilities
A senior colleague whom I really respected also possessed this star.
He listened to well to everyone's opionions, accepted diverse perspectives
with phrases like "Oh, I see"
and ultimately made decisions based on
his policies and his comprehensive judgement.
Althogh I do not possess this Sekimon Star, I observed him daily, aspiring to improve my communication skills.
