石焼き～いも～♪
サツマイモといちじくの絶妙なコンビネーションが織り成す、楽しい冬のパンができました。
お芋は砂糖とはちみつでほんの～り甘くして、生地には薄力粉も足してサックリしたパンに☆
甥っ子が遊びに来て一緒に公園に行った時、あまりにも日差しが暑かったので、持っていたタオルでほっかむりを作ってあげました。
砂場で遊んでいたはずなのに、この写真を見た彼は、
おいもほり？

Ishiyaki～Potato～♪
This is a happy winter bread with a beautiful combination of sweet potato and fig.
I put sugar and honey into the sweet potato to make it sweet, and added some weak flour for the light texture.
When my nephew and I went to a park near my house, I covered his head with a towel because the sunlight was so strong.
He was playing in the sandbox actually, when he saw this picture and said,
"Is it potato digging?"
Not really, darling.
How lovely my prince is.
