最近、玄米を食べるような感覚でよく入れている全粒粉。
香りの良い柚子ジャムを混ぜて焼きました。
中にはお土産でいただいた、オランダのチーズを入れたのですが、なんとキレイに溶けてしまって。

海外の美味しいチーズはワインと一緒にいただくのが一番ですね。
なーんて私はビール派です☆


I often put whole wheat grain like having brown rice recently, and baked it with great flovored yuzu jam.
There are some Netherlands cheese inside, which were given souvenir from my friend. 
To my surprise, it melted at all during baking this bread ! 
It's the best way to have it with wine, especially such a wonderful cheese from overseas.
Having said that, I'm a beer person.
