I will do some kind of exercise for 15minutes every day. I want to improve my physical strength, so I will do my best! I’m a pianist, so I need physical power. For example, we play for over an hour at the concert. In addition, muscles are also needed to produce sound! The first day, I exercised with this video.  



 This was somewhat difficult for me, but I managed to it. Also, I did push-up exercise. 

Now I can do only one pushup, so look forward to seeing how many times I can do it.
