15 Minutes of Exercise on a Cold Snowy Day

Today, it snowed. It was freezing, and I didn’t want to leave my warm bed. But I decided to do a quick 15-minute workout. Surprisingly, my body warmed up fast, and I felt refreshed!

 

Here’s my simple routine

  1. Jump squats (30 sec)
  2. Push-ups (30 sec)
  3. Mountain climbers (30 sec)
  4. Jumping jacks (30 sec)
  5. Plank (30 sec)

Repeat three times. Short workouts can boost energy and fight the winter blues. If it’s cold, move your body!
